I ordered the Bourbon Barrel Aged Coffee. It arrived quickly, like 3 days. The coffee tasted good, just as expected. No issues with the order. Simple and easy experience.

Liked the Sumatra, shipping was fine

So I tried some of their Sumatra Dark Roast. I usually get my coffee from a local spot but wanted to branch out a bit. It was whole bean, and I ground it myself. Tasted pretty rich, not too bitter which is good for a dark roast. The ordering online was straightforward, nothing confusing. It got here in about a week, I think, just regular shipping. No big deal. Overall, it was a pretty chill experience, and I'd probably get it again sometime if I'm feeling fancy.

I placed an order for the Barrel Aged Coffee Box Set. The website was easy enough to navigate when I was picking it out. Delivery took about 5 days to reach me in California, which was pretty standard. The packaging for the box set was sturdy, everything arrived intact. I tried the Whiskey Barrel Aged and the Rum Barrel Aged coffees first. Both had a really distinct flavor, not overpowering with the barrel notes but definitely noticeable. I brewed them in my French Press and they tasted fresh. I didn't need to contact support, so can't speak to that, but the overall process from ordering to drinking was smooth. I would consider buying from them again for a gift or a treat.
